Privacy
In short.
No cookies. No tracking. No ads. No profiling. We never sell or share anything about you. We only know what you choose to tell us.
Who we are.
This website belongs to the sole proprietorship SARRIS STAMATIOS OF GERASIMOS, trading as INSERT (VAT EL077436135 · G.E.MI. 112024208000 · 56 Esperidon St., 18451 Nikaia, Greece), which is also the data controller for your personal data. Write to insert@insert.gr or call +30 210 425 6498.
When you write to us.
Our contact form asks for your name, email, phone and a few words, and optionally your brand, website, what it’s about and a budget range. We use them only to answer you and to continue the conversation, or prepare an offer, if you want one (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps before a contract). Every message arrives as an email in the insert.gr mailbox, and a copy is kept in our own contact system. We keep it for two (2) years from our last contact; then your name, email, phone and message are deleted, and only anonymous figures remain (date, budget range, where the message came from). If you become a client, we keep it for as long as we work together. The same applies if you email, call or message us on social media.
Newsletter.
Only if you switch on “P.S. Send me what you make next.” (new products, new services, things we can’t wait to show you). It is off unless you turn it on. We then send you one email to confirm; until you click it, nothing else is sent. We keep your email, the moment you said yes and the words you agreed to (Art. 6(1)(a), consent). You can stop it anytime, with one click at the bottom of every newsletter or by writing to us, and we delete your address.
Spam protection.
To keep robots out without puzzles, the form contains a hidden trap field and checks it wasn’t filled in impossibly fast. To limit abuse we keep a scrambled, one-way form of your IP address for one hour, never the address itself.
Hosting and logs.
The site and the copies of your messages live on servers of our hosting provider, Hostinger, bound by contract to protect them. Like every web server, it keeps short technical logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe (Art. 6(1)(f)), and deletes them automatically.
Fonts.
Our typefaces are served from our own server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other third party to load them.
Images and videos.
All images and videos come from our own server. When we show a client’s website, it is a recording; nothing loads from their site until you choose to visit it. Links to other websites are there for your convenience; their own policies apply.
Your rights.
You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted, restricted or handed to you in a portable format. You can object to any processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to insert@insert.gr; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Cookies
None.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If that ever changes, we will ask you first, and nothing will load before you say yes.
What stays on your device.
A few small preferences are kept in your own browser (local storage), so the site feels the same when you return: whether the sound is on, which screensaver you last saw so the next one is different, and on the home page whether you have visited before and seen our film. They never leave your device and you can clear them anytime from your browser settings.

insert.gr is operated by INSERT, the business named under Who we are. By using it you accept these terms. We may update them at any time; the date above shows the latest version.
What’s ours.
Unless stated otherwise, the texts, designs, code, logos, images and videos of this site are protected by Greek, European and international intellectual property law. Client work belongs to its owners and is shown with their permission. Please don’t copy, republish or reuse any of it without our written consent.
Information.
We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but the content is provided “as is”, for information only. It is not an offer or advice, and we are not liable for errors, interruptions or damage arising from its use, except where the law says otherwise.

Links to other websites are for your convenience. Their content and policies are the responsibility of their owners.
Law.
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If any term is found invalid, the rest still apply.
