Design Approach
The new HAC website was designed with clarity, calmness and the human-centred approach that defines its work. We selected a contemporary aesthetic with bold blue thematic blocks, black-and-white photography to emphasise emotional connection, and subtle colour accents that bring rhythm to the content. The typography, spacing and section structure create a browsing experience that conveys credibility, professionalism and a sense of support, reflecting the institutional role of HAC.

Technical Implementation
The technical implementation included a full structural redesign, speed optimisation and improvements to the website’s overall reliability. The entire environment was migrated to LiteSpeed cloud servers with modern caching and performance practices, while comprehensive on-site SEO was applied through clear content hierarchies and semantic markup. We also developed a functional Members Area, where each counsellor can update their personal profile, allowing the site to display fully up-to-date information in a structured way. All photographic material was adapted and optimised, the forms were rebuilt for better management and security, and targeted hardening was applied so that the website remains stable, fast and ready for future expansion.
The Hellenic Association for Counselling gained a modern, clean and trustworthy digital environment that reflects its role as an institutional body. The overall redesign combines aesthetic coherence, technical precision and a human-centred character, aligned with the mission of HAC to support the science of counselling and those who serve it.
