Design Direction
The new EES website was designed with an emphasis on clarity, calmness and the human-centred nature of the organisation’s mission. We introduced a clean, contemporary aesthetic with deep blue content blocks, black-and-white photography to enhance emotional connection, and subtle colour accents to bring rhythm and visual structure to the page.
Typography, spacing and sectional hierarchy were carefully crafted to create an experience that communicates trust, professionalism and support, reflecting the institutional role of EES.

Technical Implementation
The project included a full structural redesign, performance optimisation and stability improvements. The entire environment was migrated to LiteSpeed cloud servers with modern caching and optimisation practices, while comprehensive on-site SEO was applied with clear content hierarchies and semantic markup. We also developed a functional Members Area, enabling each counsellor to maintain an up-to-date personal profile, allowing the site to display accurate and well-structured information at all times. All photography was curated and optimised, forms were rebuilt for improved management and security, and targeted hardening measures were implemented to ensure long-term stability, speed and scalability.
Outcome
The Hellenic Association for Counselling now has a clean, modern and reliable digital environment that reflects its role as an institutional body. The redesign blends aesthetic coherence, technical excellence and a human-centred tone, aligned with EES’s mission to support the field of Counselling and the professionals who serve it.
